Lot No. 1 is composed as follows: - in part, of lump-sum services giving rise to an overall and fixed price - for the remainder of the services, a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded with a single economic operator, which will be executed as and when purchase orders are issued, without negotiation or re-opening of competition on the basis of the unit prices set out in the Quantified Estimated Unit Price Schedule. The services under purchase orders may vary within the limits of the following thresholds: - no minimum amount - Annual maximum amount: €25,000 excluding VAT.
