TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services concern the carrying of coffins and more specifically the following services: - Provision of qualified bearers in regulatory attire; - Placing the coffin into the hearse/chamber; - Transport and carrying of the coffin throughout the funeral procession to the place of burial or cremation; - Compliance with protocol and safety instructions; - As part of the services of the master of ceremonies, the successful tenderer will be required to accompany the families of the deceased and supervise the team of bearers, reading of the texts if desired, coordination with the persons involved, management of the running of the event.
