TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns compulsory clearance of undergrowth on land subject to legal obligations for undergrowth clearance provided for by the Forest Code. The services to be carried out are located on plots within the territory of the City of Mandelieu-La Napoule or on neighbouring plots, for which the owners of dwellings, buildings or facilities of all kinds located in Mandelieu-La Napoule have not complied with the legal obligations for undergrowth clearance. They may also include: •On the verges of roads open to public traffic •On the verges of private roads not open to public traffic •On the verges of roads •On land located under the footprint of power lines This is a framework agreement with purchase orders (call-offs), awarded at unit and lump-sum prices, with neither a minimum nor a maximum, setting out all contractual provisions, and carried out as and when purchase orders are issued, without negotiation or re-opening of competition, in accordance with the terms provided in the framework agreement and pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
