TENDER DESCRIPTION
This consultation is intended to define the conditions of the consultation relating to Development services for a Web application for managing outage cut-offs for maintenance and works, referred to as “GESTCOUP”. The successful bidder following the procedure for the services defined in this notice will be the holder of a contract put in place by the CEA. The purpose of the contract does not allow separate services to be identified and therefore cannot be the subject of lot-splitting in accordance with Article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code.
