TENDER DESCRIPTION

The missions covered by this contract are as follows: - carry out diagnostic services relating to the management of products, equipment, materials and waste arising from the demolition or significant renovation of buildings. - assist the Métropole services in implementing the integration of materials from the circular economy into new construction, rehabilitation, urban development projects and public spaces, as well as the management of waste arising from these operations. - complementary missions: environmental and financial analysis linked to the circular economy, project review report, and site close-out verification. The contract concerns the operations of La Métropole de Lyon in connection with which it acts as the contracting authority, a project representative, or project manager.
