TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement procedure aims to establish a framework agreement governing the terms and conditions for green space maintenance services for the sites and premises managed by the General Hospice. This framework agreement is intended to cover recurring services over several years, and not a one-off purchase. The General Hospice therefore wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) successful bidder in order to ensure regular green space maintenance works, depending on the needs that will arise over time. The framework agreement will be concluded for an initial duration of three (3) years, with the possibility of extension for two (2) additional one-year periods, by mutual agreement between the two parties, depending on the needs and the service provider’s performance (i.e. a maximum total duration of 5 years).
