TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services expected consist of preventive maintenance according to an annual schedule for the existing detection equipment and of corrective maintenance. The services consist of carrying out corrective maintenance following a breakdown, or carrying out operations to restore the equipment to working order. This is a composite public contract corresponding to: - for part, a contract; - for part, a framework agreement within the meaning of Article R. 2162-2 and subsequent articles of the Public Procurement Code concluded with an economic operator. The “framework agreement” part sets out all contractual provisions; it will be implemented as and when purchase orders are issued, under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
