TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement has the purpose of providing public-facing cultural mediation services for the Musée des Confluences. The framework agreement is concluded within the following limits: - Minimum amount of orders over the initial term of the framework agreement (24 months): none - Maximum amount of orders over the initial term of the framework agreement (24 months): 1,200,000 euro(s) excluding tax (HT) - Minimum amount of orders per renewal period (12 months): none - Maximum amount of orders per renewal period (12 months): 600,000 euro(s) excluding tax (HT) This consultation procedure is carried out using the adapted procedure in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2123-1-3°, R2123-1, R2123-4, R2123-5, R2123-7 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP).
