TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement will be implemented by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for at unit prices. This contract is a reserved contract pursuant to the provisions of Article L.2113-13 of the Public Procurement Code. As such, the contract is reserved for economic activity integration structures mentioned in Article L.5132-4 of the Labour Code and for equivalent structures, where they employ a minimum proportion, set at 50% by Article R.2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code, of disadvantaged workers. This approach meets the requirements for taking account of sustainable development issues in the public procurement of the City of Rennes, Rennes Métropole, the CCAS of Rennes and the Rennes schools fund. It also falls within the scope of the objectives of the Scheme for the Promotion of Socially and Environmentally Responsible Procurement (SPASER) common to the three public bodies. Whenever possible, members of the group of contracting authorities shall implement, within the scope of their contracts, an approach aimed at promoting return to employment for people facing difficulties in social and professional integration.
