TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid at unit prices. This contract is a reserved contract in application of the provisions of Article L.2113-13 of the Public Procurement Code. As such, the contract is reserved for employment integration structures through economic activity referred to in Article L. 5132-4 of the Labour Code and for equivalent structures, where they employ a minimum proportion, set at 50% by Article R.2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code, of disadvantaged workers. This approach meets the requirements for taking account of sustainable development issues in public procurement by the City of Rennes, Rennes Métropole, the CCAS of Rennes and the Rennes Schools Fund. It also falls within the scope of the objectives of the Socially and Environmentally Responsible Public Procurement Promotion Scheme (SPASER) shared by the three public bodies.
