The services include in particular: • Cleaning of sports and administrative premises • Maintenance of sanitary facilities and locker rooms • Waste management • Cleaning of interior and exterior glass surfaces • Supply of sanitary consumables The services are described in the CCTP and its technical annexes. ________________________________________ The services consist of carrying out a set of regular or occasional cleaning and/or disinfection operations, at minimum in accordance with the recommendations and descriptions provided in this document, in order to keep the premises clean. As a cleaning professional, the contractor must adapt to the specific nature of the premises (configurations and uses) and manage the resources to be implemented in order to achieve an optimal quality of service. The contractor is bound by an obligation of results. The contracting authority alone is entitled to determine whether the required result has been achieved.
