The services include in particular: • Cleaning of sports and administrative premises • Maintenance of restrooms and changing rooms • Waste management • Cleaning of interior and exterior glasswork • Supply of sanitary consumables The services are described in the CCTP and its technical annexes. ________________________________________ The services consist of implementing a set of regular or occasional cleaning and/or disinfection operations, conforming at a minimum to the recommendations and descriptions given in this document in order to keep the premises clean. As a professional cleaning company, the contractor must adapt to the specifics of the premises (configurations and uses) and manage the resources to be implemented to achieve an optimal quality of service. The contractor is subject to an obligation of result. The contracting authority alone is authorized to determine whether the requested result has been achieved.
