TENDER DESCRIPTION
The provisions of this consultation cover the performance of maintenance services, cleaning of municipal premises (including the windows, once to twice per year), including, for recurring cleaning, the provision of equipment and maintenance, hygiene and consumables products. The service may take place in two forms: - Recurring: relates to the premises, including window cleaning, whose list appears in the appendix (not exhaustive) and which are subject to regular cleaning at specified frequencies, - Occasional: relates to cleaning on request which will be covered by purchase orders.
