TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services include in particular: - cleaning, disinfection and routine maintenance of premises (floors, furnishings, sanitary facilities, refrigerators in the break room, etc.), - collection of certain waste inside the buildings and disposal at collection points outside the buildings, - collection of waste outdoors along pedestrian routes and car parks of the site, - rodent control and pest control, - supply, management of products, consumables and equipment related to the services. The Contracting Party shall also ensure the management and delivery of the reporting related to the services, as well as the updating, management and development of the Cleaning Database. The services are carried out at the CEA Valduc site, which consists of several occupied buildings, part of which is of an industrial and nuclear nature, where the Contracting Party must intervene. By way of indicative and evolving information, the floor area to be cleaned is 150,000 m2 and the glazing area is 25,000 m2 for all buildings of the Valduc site.
