TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement is intended to provide cleaning and housekeeping services for the university buildings of the CAMVS. The description of the context, the services and their technical specifications is provided in the Special Technical Clauses Book (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières, CCTP). The consultation is carried out in accordance with the Open Tender procedure defined in Articles R.2124-1, R.2124-2, R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la Commande Publique). The contract also includes a framework agreement component with purchase orders for each lot, executed in application of Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 with no minimum amount and with an annual maximum amount of 120 000 euro(s) excluding tax (HT).
