TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement is intended to provide cleaning and housekeeping services for the CAMVS university buildings. The description of the context, the services and their technical specifications is set out in the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP). The consultation is carried out in accordance with the Open Tender procedure defined in Articles R.2124-1, R.2124-2, R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract also includes a framework agreement with purchase orders for each lot, carried out in accordance with Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 with no minimum amount and an annual maximum amount of 120 000 euro(s) excluding tax (HT).
