Small Maintenance and Minor Repairs Services for La Poste sites and its subsidiary La Poste Immobilier in departments 11 and 66. The Service Provider will carry out: • Emergency breakdown services • Breakdown services on request • Scheduled services for small maintenance, small works/services, minor fit-outs The Service Provider must intervene in the following areas: • Electricity (low voltage): various small breakdowns • Plumbing, sanitary fixtures, plumbing fittings, washbasins, unblocking/clearing, etc. • Locksmithing / Metalworking / Carpentry: doors, cylinders (all types), etc. • Glazing / Glasswork (all types) • Blinds / Films on glazing: all types of external and internal blinds, blackout films, solar films, thermal films… • Furniture, repairs, etc. • Minor fit-out works in secondary work: replacement of suspended ceiling tiles, floor covering connection strips, repainting… • Handling services: installation of banners, flag display, etc. • Services related to protective/preventive measures: in the event of exceptional services following an incident (water damage, fire…) or vandalism (burglary…), the Service Provider will be instructed to: all actions related to…
