TENDER DESCRIPTION

Production and creation of professional quality videos, including all production stages, from the design and writing of the script to post-production, through filming. These videos will be distributed on all digital media (internet, social networks, etc.) and on screens during public events (trade shows, conferences, meetings, etc.). The approximate duration of the videos will be determined during preliminary meetings with the ISAE-SUPAERO Communication Department. Two missions are excluded: - Audiovisual production of innovative educational materials such as MOOCs (video for certified online training); - Services related to event technology, including the provision of audiovisual control room, stage structure, and personnel for the realization and production of event manifestations (on-site or remote graduation ceremonies, webinars, conferences, etc.). The details of the missions assigned to the contractor are set out in the specifications. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders when the need arises.
