TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract covers all material damage, material loss or theft suffered by the insured property. The coverage applies to all materials, supplies, works, furniture and technical installations under construction or assembly, subject to the contracts or orders included in the insured amount and also covers all geotechnical, architectural, technical, coordination, control, hygiene and safety studies. The contract covers risks resulting from a natural disaster pursuant to the provisions of law no. 82-600 of 13 July 1982 and its subsequent texts.
