TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract guarantees all material damage, material losses or thefts suffered by the insured property. The cover applies to the entirety of materials, supplies, works, furniture and technical installations under construction or assembly, which are the subject of the contracts or orders included in the insured sum, and also to all geotechnical, architectural, technical, coordination, monitoring, hygiene and safety studies. The contract guarantees the risks resulting from a natural catastrophe in application of the provisions of Law No. 82-600 of 13 July 1982 and its subsequent implementing texts.
