TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is to select a candidate to provide supplementary health insurance services for SIDR employees and their eligible dependants for the coverage of medical and surgical expenses arising from an illness, maternity, or an accident. This contract covers: 1) the implementation of an employer-mandated collective health insurance contract that is mandatory and responsible for the benefit of all employees of S.I.D.R. (financed 100% by the employer). 2) the implementation of a responsible enhanced health insurance contract whose subscription is optional for employees (fully borne by the employee). SIDR employees benefit from the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Real Estate (CCNI) and the company-level collective bargaining agreement (CCE).
