TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a single-award framework agreement, which subsequently leads to the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The duration of the framework agreement is four years (48 months) from the date of notification to the contractor, with the option for annual termination by either party subject to a notice period of 4 months before 1 January of each year. The framework agreement ("AC") and the subsequent contracts ("SC") arising from it are awarded pursuant to the provisions of Articles L2125-1 and R2162-2 to R2162-4, and R2162-7 to R2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code (code de la commande publique). This is a framework agreement concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 500,000 excluding VAT (HT) over the entire duration of the framework agreement.
