TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract concerns insurance service provisions to subscribe to a motor vehicle fleet policy and related risks (machinery breakdown). Possible additional services (PAS) are foreseen: machinery breakdown. The contract is concluded for a period of 4 years, starting from January 1, 2027 at 0:00 and will end on December 31, 2030 at midnight. The contract expiration date, under the meaning of the Insurance Code, is set to January 1 of each year. The services covered by the contract are compensated by lump-sum prices. They are stipulated as final and subject to revision. Payment for the services will be made in compliance with the overall payment deadline applicable to the buyer. Own resources of the municipality.
