Framework agreement with purchase orders for high-speed telecommunications link (LHD) services for CEA Centres. The high-speed links will be of the L2VPN type; for the local loop, mainly fibre optics and, in specific cases, radio (hertzian) network. The desired data rates are in the range of 10 M to 100G.
