The contract is for a firm duration of twelve (12) months starting from its notification. It can be tacitly renewed up to three times for successive periods of twelve (12) months. The total duration of the contract cannot exceed forty-eight (48) months.

• A launch meeting, which will be organized within one month following the notification of the market.
• The contractor must be operational within a maximum of two months after the launch meeting.
• For the initial market service and reversibility service, acceptance is pronounced within a maximum of thirty days after the delivery of deliverables.
• For corrective and evolutionary maintenance, verification and acceptance operations will be conducted progressively as the project advances, at the completion of each service type.
• Aptitude verification (VA) takes place for a maximum of thirty days after commissioning.
• If the aptitude verification is positive, regular service verification (VSR) commences, during which the buyer observes service regularity for a maximum of thirty days from the implementation of the evolution or software correction.

• Maintenance Adaptative: This entails updating existing components or implementing new ones.
• Training Services: Providing training on data administration, mask administration, and advanced querying for confirmed users.
• Meetings: Conducting sprint meetings for planning and ticket follow-up, and quarterly COPIL (project steering committee) meetings for medium to long-term project planning and review.
• Reversibility: This includes an initial phase of acquiring knowledge about the application at the start of the contract and providing a methodology for ensuring the transition and assistance to a new team at the end of the market.
• Server Management: Taking charge of infogérance (managed services) and, if applicable, hosting for the ARIA3 and ARIA-web production/recipe servers for a year.
• Architectural Tasks: This encompasses drafting analysis documents, conducting analysis/Proof of Concepts (POCs), project management, planning, gathering requirements, and preparing and leading meetings.
• Project Follow-up: Utilizing a digital tool for project monitoring.
• Quality Assurance Plan: Presenting an initial version that describes the organization, project management, and documentation management.
• Equipment and Software: Listing the equipment and software, including version numbers and licenses, necessary to fulfill the market requirements and the application's technical foundation.
• RGPD Fiche: Providing a document outlining measures related to the General Data Protection Regulation.
