TENDER DESCRIPTION
This framework agreement concerns graphic and multimedia services for the Interreg Euro-MED Programme. The contractor's tasks will be of two types: - Task 1: Advice and concept creation - Task 2: Execution, graphic/multimedia adaptation and formatting This is a framework agreement within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-2 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code concluded with an economic operator. The framework agreement sets all contractual stipulations and will be executed as purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
