    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    Framework agreement with a maximum annual amount carried out through the issuance of purchase orders. Within the scope of its competences relating to the protection and awareness-raising of biodiversity, the Department of Gard owns a network of Departmental Sensitive Natural Areas (ENSD), consisting of 19 sites for a total of approximately 4,500 hectares. Within its territory, there is also a network of Communal Sensitive Natural Areas (ENSC, “natural areas” of which the Municipalities are directly the owners (or the Conservatoire de l’Espace du Littoral et des Rivages Lacustres and the Territorial Public Bodies of Basins). In order to manage its ENSD sites as effectively as possible, the Department of Gard wishes to carry out the marking of property boundaries between the ENSD departmental land parceling and other private or public land parceling, including in particular topographical surveys and boundary-marking (demarcation), by calling on a Surveying Expert (Geometer-Expert). In addition, in accordance with its competences linked to the Departmental Plan for Spaces, Sites and Paths (PDESI), in respect of the routes and their paths, supports, rural roads must be prioritised.…
