    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    Framework agreement with a maximum annual amount carried out through the issuance of purchase orders. As part of its responsibilities relating to the protection and awareness-raising of biodiversity, the Département du Gard owns a network of Départemental Sensitive Natural Areas (ENSD), consisting of 19 sites for a total of approximately 4,500 hectares. On its territory, there is also a network of Communal Sensitive Natural Areas (ENSC, “natural areas” of which the Communes are directly owners (or the Conservatoire de l'Espace du Littoral et des Rivages Lacustres and the Etablissements Publics Territoriaux de Bassins). In order to manage its ENSD sites as effectively as possible, the Département du Gard wishes to carry out the marking out of property boundaries between ENSD départemental land and other private or public parcels, including in particular topographical surveys and boundary demarcation, by calling on a Surveyor Expert. In addition, in accordance with its responsibilities related to the Départemental Plan for Spaces, Sites and Routes (PDESI), with regard to routes and their paths, supports, rural paths must be prioritised.
