TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is to provide microcomputer support services, digital services, and related services in France (metropolitan and overseas):  Helpdesk-type support dedicated to Inrap: receiving support requests from users (by phone, email, in person, remote control...), resolving or redirecting tickets to a higher level. This escalation can take place internally within the teams of the contract holder or at Inrap's IT department, depending on the case.  On-site technical assistance: travel to Inrap sites in metropolitan and overseas France to carry out prevention actions, user assistance, and digital problem resolution including intervening on hardware or software environments.  Various service provisions (remote hands and eyes, recabling and reorganization of telecom and infrastructure racks, moving equipment, assembly - disassembly in a data centre, any service related to IT within the framework of a move, provision and withdrawal of digital equipment to users, cleaning, inventory...).
