Tender launched by a joint purchasing group. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for using unit prices. The purpose is to entrust a service provider with managing meal vouchers for the needs of the employees of the City of Cannes and the Communal Centre for Social Welfare (CCAS) under a joint purchasing group agreement. City of Cannes: min 2,500,000 euros / max 4,300,000 euros excluding tax CCAS: min 150,000 euros excluding tax / max 450,000 euros excluding tax The amounts will be identical for each renewal period.
