TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this framework agreement is to define the conditions under which the service provider will intervene for the manufacture and delivery of meals, in cold link, for the school canteens of the schools as well as a junior high school. This service will be carried out on behalf of a contracting authority group. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 12 months, renewable 3 times for the same period, i.e. 48 months in total. The start date is stated on an indicative basis (January 2027). The start date will be notified by work order. The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for at unit prices.
