TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot No. 1 concerns only the residual household waste (OMR) collected in the West sector of the syndicate and the mixed waste from all recycling centers in the syndicate's territory. The transport of OMR to the transfer quai is provided by a contractor of the Syndicate using residual waste containers. Collections take place from Monday to Friday inclusive. Collection starts at 04:30 and ends before 22:00. It is done in two eight-hour shifts. Public holidays are not collected but are averaged over the week, with collection finishing on Saturday to make up for the public holiday. Therefore, the Holder must be able to accept OMR on Saturdays when the collector compensates for public holidays.
