TENDER DESCRIPTION

Maintenance includes, among other things, services such as mowing, watering, fertilizing, weeding, scarification, tidying up at halftime and after the game, as well as brushing the synthetic edges of the main pitch and the shot put area A. Use of multifunction equipment, weeding on stabilized grounds: the hammer throw area, shot put area B. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial maximum period of one year from its notification date or the date indicated therein. It is tacitly renewable three times for a period of one year, without its total duration exceeding four years. The contract execution form adopted is single-award, with purchase orders and a minimum annual amount of 40,000 euros excluding VAT and a maximum annual amount of 200,000 euros excluding VAT, pursuant to articles R2162-2, R2162-4 1°, and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
