TENDER DESCRIPTION

Maintenance includes, among other things, services such as mowing, watering, fertilization, weed control, scarification, tidying up at half-time and after the game, as well as brushing synthetic edges of the main pitch and the shot put area A. Use of multifunction equipment, weed control on stabilized fields: hammer throw area, shot put area B. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial maximum period of one year from its notification date or the date indicated therein. It is tacitly renewable 3 times for a one-year period, without its total duration exceeding 4 years. The chosen form for contract execution is single-award, by purchase order with a minimum annual amount of 40,000 euro(s) excluding VAT and a maximum annual amount of 200,000 euro(s) excluding VAT, pursuant to articles R2162-2, R2162-4 1° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
