TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is to maintain and manage green spaces—including arboreal heritage and irrigation systems—of zone 1 “West” of the Nîmes Métropole Community of Agglomeration. This contract is concluded for an initial period, the duration of which begins on its date of notification and ends after 24 months. All services will be paid for by applying mixed prices. As the contract is for mixed prices, all the services provided for in the BPU are the subject of a framework agreement giving rise to the issuance of single-award order forms, concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. In application of Article R2162-4-2° of the same Code, it is concluded with an economic operator, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount in terms of value. The maximum amount in euros excluding VAT (EUR HT) for the initial period is EUR 160,000. EUR 40,000 excluding VAT for each extension/reconduction period.
