TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract has as its purpose the maintenance and management of green spaces – including tree heritage and irrigation systems – for zone 1 “West” of the Nîmes Métropole Urban Community. This contract is concluded for an initial period, the duration of which starts on the date it is notified and ends after 24 months. All the services will be paid for by applying mixed prices. Since the contract is for mixed prices, all the services provided for in the BPU are covered by a framework agreement giving rise to the issue of single-award purchase orders, placed in accordance with Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to Article R2162-4-2° of the same code, it is concluded with an economic operator, without any minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value terms. The maximum amount in euros excluding VAT for the initial period is EUR 160,000 excluding VAT. It is EUR 40,000 excluding VAT for each renewal period.
