TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the upkeep and management of green spaces—including the arboreal heritage and irrigation systems—for zone 1 “West” of the Nîmes Métropole Agglomeration Community. This contract is concluded for an initial period the duration of which begins on the date of notification and ends after 24 months. All services will be paid by applying mixed prices. As the contract is for mixed prices, all of the services provided for in the BPU (Bill of Quantities/Unit Price Schedule) are subject to a framework agreement that gives rise to the issuance of single-award purchase orders, concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to Article R2162-4-2° of the same code, it is concluded with an economic operator, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount stated in value. The maximum amount in euros excluding VAT for the initial period is 160,000 euros excluding VAT. It is 40,000 euros excluding VAT for each renewal period.
