TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective of this contract is as follows: - Identify and incorporate the nature and characteristics of the soils, identify the main issues related to water: level and functioning of the water table or presence of water, in particular; in order to assess the technical methods and conditions as well as the financial feasibility of the future developments and constructions. - Define the optimized adaptation methods to the geotechnical context and quantify their costs or additional costs in view of the selected development project, with a view to the transfer of the land to a developer/operator. - Define the general principles for adapting the future structures to the ground. In this regard, it is necessary to recall that the EPF is not intended to develop sites or carry out works, except for routine management measures, demolitions, or preventive archaeology campaigns in particular.
