TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective of this contract is as follows: - Identify and incorporate the nature and characteristics of the soils; identify the main issues related to water: the level and functioning of the groundwater table or the presence of water in particular; in order to assess the technical arrangements and conditions as well as the financial feasibility of the future developments and constructions. - Define the optimized adaptation methods to the geotechnical context and quantify their costs or cost increases with regard to the selected development project, with a view to the transfer of the land to a developer/operator. - Define the general principles for adapting the future works to the ground. In this regard, it is necessary to recall that EPF is not intended to develop the sites or carry out works, other than routine management measures, demolitions or, in particular, preventive archaeology campaigns. It is not the final contracting authority, but it may carry out proto-development missions and, in all cases, must secure in its projects all the conditions (technical, procedural, legal, financial) for the operational outcomes of the “project-land” that it puts on the market.
