TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this public contract is the execution of independent services related to audits, inspections, expert assessments, sampling, laboratory analyses and technical assistance concerning the collective catering activities operated on behalf of Restopolis. The services notably include: • scheduled audits; • unannounced audits; • targeted inspections; • priority inspections; • organoleptic controls (sensory evaluation of the gustatory, visual and textural quality of meals); • personnel attendance checks; • sampling and analyses; • product and labeling compliance checks (traceability and verification of composition against declarations made by food product suppliers on the Supply4Future platform); • technical expert assessments; • technical assistance missions; • any other mission falling within the scope of this contract. The services are performed exclusively in the interest of Restopolis in accordance with the provisions of this specification.
