TENDER DESCRIPTION
The framework agreement is intended to provide services for carrying out an IT cost benchmark and related services. The purpose of these services is to enable the GIE iMSA to propose to the Directorate of Social Security (DSS) and to the Social Security Bodies (OSS) to have information on IT costs, based on a common reference model and a common valuation methodology. The consultation is carried out by the GIE iMSA. The latter will proceed with the notification of the framework agreement. The GIE iMSA and the C.C.M.S.A., in order to meet their needs, will then each be able to place an order according to their needs under the conditions of the CCATP.
