TENDER DESCRIPTION
The framework agreement has the purpose of procuring services for carrying out an IT cost benchmarking exercise and related services. These services are intended to enable the iMSA grouping (GIE iMSA) to offer the Directorate of Social Security (DSS) and Social Security Bodies (OSS) information on IT costs, based on a common reference model and a common valuation method. The consultation is carried out by the iMSA grouping (GIE iMSA). The latter will proceed with the notification of the framework agreement. The iMSA grouping (GIE iMSA) and the C.C.M.S.A., in order to meet their needs, may subsequently each place an order according to their needs under the conditions of the CCATP.
