TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is to provide design preparation for the preparation of design documentation, the preparation of design documentation for the permission for the project (PDZ), including provision of engineering services (IČ) – issuance of the relevant decisions or other measures by public administration bodies for the construction to be carried out within the scope of the required PD stages under this contract, further documentation for execution of the construction (PDPS), implementation, production and workshop documentation, and the subsequent complete implementation of the construction works of the contract titled “RECONSTRUCTION OF HÁJEČEK SUMMER THEATRE INTO A MULTIFUNCTIONAL YEAR-ROUND VENUE, ČESKÉ BUDĚJOVICE”, including provision of all relevant permits necessary to put the building into operation and use. The work will be carried out using the so-called Design&Build delivery method. The investor’s intention is the reconstruction of the Háječek summer theatre.
