TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is to ensure the supply, installation and commissioning of a photovoltaic power plant (hereinafter also only “PV plant”) as part of the approved project to convert the building into a social care facility – Alzheimer Center, Čeňka Zemana 431, Černčice u Loun, including a turnkey battery storage system, including training of the persons responsible for the contracting authority and including related engineering activities. The scope of the supply includes implementation (installation and mounting) and the actual commissioning of the PV plant and the storage system, including the related engineering activities to the necessary extent. The subject matter of the contract is included in the project documentation which forms Annex No. 4 to this procurement document (ZD). The completed PV plants will be used to cover the building’s own consumption of electrical energy. Any surplus electrical energy will be stored in batteries. The construction of the PV plants will consist of installing PV panels on the roofs of the contracting authority’s building.
