Project title: Services for the preparation of a competency assessment methodology for candidates for the head of the institution position (hereinafter – the services, the procurement object). Project purpose: To purchase a standardized competency assessment methodology for candidates for positions of heads of institutions, which corresponds to the Competency Model for Lithuanian civil servants, the results of which are used when making decisions regarding candidates’ participation in the subsequent stages of the tender, including services for the creation and (and/or) adaptation, preparation for application in the process of selecting heads of institutions, and support services.
