TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service includes collection, weighing, transport and processing/disposal of bulky waste. Loading (loading) of bulky waste into the Bidder’s vehicles is provided and carried out by the Contracting Authority. Waste loading into the vehicle is performed by the Contracting Authority. The offered service for the subject of procurement must enable the collection and further processing of bulky waste, in an example and adequate manner, in accordance with the Waste Management Act (NN 84/21 and 142/23) and implementing regulations, as well as the terms and requirements of the Procurement Documentation. Responsibility of the waste holder – the Contracting Authority ends at the moment when the bulky waste is taken over by the Bidder. The Contracting Authority shall not be responsible for any possible shortcomings of the economic operator providing the service, i.e. for damage caused to third parties.
