TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the collection, processing and disposal of separately collected recyclable municipal waste—mixed packaging—from yellow bins, KB 15 01 06 (Mixed packaging).As part of providing a public municipal waste collection service, the Contracting Authority, through yellow bins, jointly collects waste plastic, metal and multi-layer (tetrapak) packaging. The collected mixed packaging is transported to the Selected Bidder (authorized collector/recovery operator) at its facility for further processing and disposal.The service includes taking over waste from the Contracting Authority, weighing and processing and/or disposing of the mixed packaging at the Bidder’s own facility.The subject service includes the collection and processing/disposal of mixed packaging in accordance with the Waste Management Act (NN 84/21 and 142/23), by-laws and the conditions set out in the Procurement Documentation.The responsibility of the waste holder (Contracting Authority) ceases at the moment the mixed packaging is taken over by the Bidder.The Contracting Authority shall not be liable for any possible shortcomings of the Bidder nor for any damage caused to third parties in the…
