Weststellingwerf: Preventief en correctief onderhoud E&W installaties

TENDER DESCRIPTION

Through this procurement, two of the three OWO municipalities, namely Weststellingwerf and Ooststellingwerf, wish to contract a party that is able to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the installations in the municipalities’ property buildings, as shown in Appendix B and Appendix D of the procurement documents. Broadly speaking, the assignment includes: • Carrying out preventive maintenance on (all) E&W installations present as of the contracting entry date, for the buildings as indicated in Appendix B and Appendix D. • Carrying out corrective maintenance at the Municipality’s request (after the assignment); • Drawing up a sound schedule in which the Bidder records the method and procedures for preventive maintenance; The estimated value of the Framework Agreement amounts to approximately €850,000 for the municipality of Weststellingwerf.
