TENDER DESCRIPTION

The main objectives of the public procurement implementation are: • complete removal of all waste from the production hall and all external areas of the work site; • ensuring lawful waste management in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union; • preventing further negative impacts of waste on the environment and human health; • ensuring safe execution of work for the contractor, the contracting authority and the surrounding area; • ensuring complete traceability of all removed quantities of waste; • providing evidence of lawful final disposal of the removed waste; • ensuring a tidy and safe state of the area upon completion of all activities.
