TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service includes taking over (loading), weighing and transporting waste (bulky waste, wood, biodegradable waste, tires, metals, rigid plastic, refrigerators, washing machines, stoves, water heaters, radiators and range hoods). The subject matter of the procurement is the transport of waste from recycling yards to the Županijski centar za gospodarenje otpadom Marišćina and Metis d.d., i.e. the service of taking over (loading), weighing and transporting waste, which includes the following types of waste: bulky waste, wood, biodegradable waste, tires, metals, rigid plastic and household appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, stoves, water heaters, radiators and range hoods). The responsibility of the waste holder (Contracting Authority) ends at the moment the waste is taken over by the Contractor. The Contracting Authority is not responsible for any shortcomings of the economic operator – service provider, nor for damage caused to third parties.
